We are looking for an organised and proactive Estates Administrator to join our Estates Team based in Harrow. Supporting the Estates Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the Estates department across approximately 90 care homes throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support across compliance, planned maintenance, fire safety, contractor management and estates projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly organised, computer literate and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Estates Manager and wider Estates Team.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, spreadsheets and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate meetings, contractor visits and appointments.
- Maintain statutory compliance records across all care homes.
- Monitor compliance schedules and ensure inspections and servicing are completed on time.
- Support the review of Fire Risk Assessment reports.
- Provide administrative support for refurbishment and capital projects.
Key Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working within Estates, Facilities Management or Property.
- Experience within healthcare, care homes or a regulated environment.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience using CAFM or compliance management systems.
