The predicted salary is between 12.75 - 12.75 £ per hour.
Part-time hours available: 20 hours per week - Flexibility to cover weekday teatime shifts (4-8pm) and weekend shifts (9-4pm or 4-8pm) across the year.
Full-time hours available: 37.5 hours per week - Flexible shifts over a 24/7 week, 365 days a year (Incl. weekends, bank holidays and sleep in shifts on a rota basis).
Hourly Rate: £12.75 per hour, rising to £13.75 per hour subject to completion of a satisfactory skills assessment after probation completion.

As a Support Worker, you’ll be engaging directly with those we support, inspiring fun and creativity whilst encouraging independence and allowing individuals to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
The role:
- To support individuals to meet their goals and outcomes in health, wellbeing and independence.
- Assist individuals with their personal, social and healthcare needs as required whilst maintaining accurate records.
- To work as part of a team as well as lone working within the community as needed.
- Work with allocated individuals as their keyworker.
- Interact and communicate with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect.
- Support individuals with everyday tasks as required.
What are we looking for?
- Motivated, honest and approachable individuals who are great at building and nurturing relationships.
- Experience of providing high levels of care and support to those with learning disabilities in a social care setting.
- Aspirations to develop skills at support worker level and beyond!
- Flexibility to work shifts during teatime (4-8pm), 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable but training will be provided.
- A full UK driving licence with access to a motorised vehicle is essential.
- £250 welcome bonus for those with an adult social care DBS on the update service (paid after successful probation completion).
