Minstead Trust is seeking an Employment Mentor based in Portsmouth to guide young people on our Employment programmes through the final stages of their courses. This role focuses on in-placement support for our Supported Internship and Apprenticeship Placements, with additional personal development such as job searching, interview prep and CV building.
You will build relationships with local social enterprises and employers to develop high quality work placements, support accessibility for neurodiverse individuals.
