Average Earnings – £27,965 per annum (including 1 sleep-in shift per week)
24/7 rota (weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins included)

We’re on the lookout for kind, energetic, fun-loving Support Workers to join our Residential Service based in the heart of The New Forest, supporting people with learning disabilities to live life their way. No two days are the same — and that’s exactly the point.
What you’ll do:
- Support individuals to achieve their goals in health, wellbeing and independence
- Helping with everyday life: personal care, social activities, healthcare and community access
- Being a keyworker – build real, meaningful relationships
- Recording progress and celebrating achievements (big and small!)
- Working independently and part of a supportive team
- Encouraging fun, creativity and new experiences
What are we looking for?
- Friendly, honest and approachable individuals
- Passionate about helping others
- Full UK driving licence – essential (in work travel expenses paid)
- Eager to learn – no experience for this role is required (full training provided)
