We are looking for a Warehouse Operative for our Mansfield Branch.
If you are highly motivated, have experience with picking and packing, stock tracking or general warehousing, then this could be the opportunity you have been looking for.
Each working week consists of 45 hours, made up of 5 x 8.5-hour days Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 7.30 and 6.00pm which includes an additional 5 hours on every alternate Saturday in accordance with the rota. You are entitled to a meal break of 30 minutes.

Main Purpose of Job:
- To pick, pack, store and deliver motor parts ensuring a good level of stock from the shelf to the customer. This role will require alternate Saturday working
Key Accountabilities:
- To pick and pack parts in an accurate and timely manner.
- Receive and check off incoming stock and materials.
- Stock Taking.
- Use of Warehouse Management system.
- Keep the warehouse clean & tidy
- Maintain a high level of Health & Safety standards.
- To perform other General warehouse duties.
- Ad hoc Jobs as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Promote and represent the Company positively by providing a proactive customer service based on an understanding of customer demands, their relationship with the organisation and promoting our services.
- Comply with all of the Company’s policies, procedures, and controls relevant to the role in order to mitigate risk to the Company.
- Responsible for own personal and professional development and ensuring attend all required development events appropriate to the role.

- A good standard of general education including numerical and literacy skillsAn excellent team player with the desire to succeed.
- A person who can pay careful attention to the job & follow instructions precisely.
- Punctuality. dependable and reliable at all times.
- Experience Counterbalance, Reach Truck Licences*
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to cope with pressure and maintain a calm manner at all times
- Warehouse experience within the motor factor industry*.

- Dependable & Reliable.
Pay: FTC £12.21 on 45 hours per week.
