Hours: 42.5 hours per week (Mon–Fri) + alternate Saturdays

What you’ll be doing: This is a critical role, enabling the success of the branch network by providing expert assistance in sourcing hard-to-find parts, supporting sales capability development through training initiatives, and acting as a reliable point of contact for inbound customer enquiries. This role is central to delivering a responsive, solution-focused service that helps both colleagues and customers achieve the best outcomes. The role may be adaptive and progress with business and project needs. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of a busy, focused team - you’ll feel right at home here.

Who we’re looking for: Experience in aftermarket and niche parts is essential for this role. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Communicates well and enjoys talking to customers
  • Has experience in finding niche or specific parts
  • Stays calm under pressure
  • Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude

Experience with MAM or similar software is essential. Every new starter begins with our SDL Sales Academy, where you’ll learn everything you need to do the job with confidence. You’ll spend time at our Academy of Excellence in Clay Cross, meet the teams who support the branches, and get hands-on product and systems training. We promote people based on attitude and performance, not how long they’ve been here.
