We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our luxurious Anantara Spa. As a Spa Therapist, you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our tranquil setting.

  • Perform a variety of massage techniques and body treatments according to spa protocols and guest preferences.
  • Educate guests about specific wellness concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Maintain a clean, hygienic, and well-organized treatment room.
  • Properly use and care for spa equipment and products.
  • Actively promote spa services, treatments, and retail products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
  • Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay updated on new techniques and spa offerings.
  • Adhere to all company policies, including health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Certificate in Spa or Massage Therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star resort or luxury spa setting.
  • Proficiency in various massage techniques including Balinese and body treatments.
  • Excellent knowledge of spa protocols and wellness concepts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day.
  • Basic computer skills for managing appointments and records.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
