Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security-related field in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, interpersonal & coordination skills, good problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded attitude
- Good investigation skills
- Knowledge and previous experience in Health & Safety
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Observant
- Ability to perform patrolling duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
