It is important that the security supervisor has experience in handling various emergencies and issues that can arise and is able to advise on all security matters. Qualifications Minimum 3 years’ experience in a security-related field in a supervisory role Strong leadership, coaching, motivation, interpersonal & coordination skills, good problem-solving and conflict management skills Good personality with excellent communication and strong service-minded attitude Good investigation skills Knowledge and previous experience in Health & Safety Strong verbal and written communication skills Observant Ability to perform patrolling duties Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Information Reporting to Cluster Security/Health & Safety Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
