For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a talented and passionate

Pastry Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.

This role is ideal for a pastry professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, creativity and attention to detail, delivering exceptional desserts and baked goods that enhance the luxury guest experience.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.

From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the pastry section, ensuring the highest standards of preparation, presentation and quality.
  • Support the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider culinary team in the daily operation of the kitchen.
  • Prepare and present desserts, pastries, breads and other baked goods with consistency and precision.
  • Ensure all products are produced in line with established recipes, specifications and luxury service standards.
  • Assist in the development of seasonal desserts, afternoon tea offerings and pastry concepts.
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organization and food safety within the pastry section.
  • Monitor stock levels and minimize waste while maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • How can you succeed in this role
  • Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie - Pastry within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, bakery or premium hospitality environment.
  • Strong technical pastry skills with a passion for quality, creativity and presentation.
  • Experience in producing high-quality desserts, pastries, breads and baked goods.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to support and mentor junior team members.
  • Passion for culinary excellence and continuous development.
