For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are looking for a guest-focused and service-driven In-Room Dining Server who is passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and personalized experiences.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair. From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
- Ensure every in-room dining experience reflects the luxury service standards of the Colbert Collection.
- Set up, present and serve orders to the highest standards, creating a memorable guest experience.
- Build genuine guest relationships and confidently respond to guest requests and preferences.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and beverage offerings when appropriate.
- Coordinate closely with the Kitchen, Restaurant and Front Office teams to ensure timely and seamless service.
- Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and organization of all service areas and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and operational procedures at all times.
How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience in In Room Dining, Food & Beverage Service, Restaurants, Hotels or Luxury Hospitality.
- Passion for delivering personalized and memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, discreet and guest-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider Food & Beverage team.
