For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a dedicated and proactive
Night Supervisor to oversee Front Office operations during the overnight shift and ensure exceptional guest experiences at all times.
As a key member of the Front Office team, you will help maintain the highest standards of service and operational excellence throughout the night.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.
From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee Front Office operations during the overnight shift.
- Lead and support the night team while ensuring the highest luxury service standards.
- Handle guest requests, concerns, and operational matters with professionalism and discretion.
- Complete night audit procedures and ensure accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with all other departments to ensure smooth overnight operations.
- Support VIP arrivals, late check-ins, and early departures.
- How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience in Front Office or Night Operations within a hospitality environment.
- Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with PMS and Front Office systems.
- Ability to make sound decisions independently and remain composed under pressure.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly advantageous.
