For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a commercially astute and analytical

Revenue Manager to play a key role in the successful launch and positioning of our luxury hotel.

Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.

From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue initiatives to maximize occupancy, ADR, Rev PAR, and overall profitability.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify commercial opportunities.
  • Manage pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all sales channels.
  • Produce accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Front Office teams to optimize business performance.
  • Contribute to the successful positioning and commercial success of the hotel during its pre-opening and opening phases.
  • How can you succeed in this role
  • Previous experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen with a proven ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with revenue management systems, PMS, and distribution platforms.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
