As General Manager, you will lead the successful pre‑opening and long‑term performance of an exclusive luxury hotel in a landmark location. You hold full responsibility for the strategic, financial, and operational management of the hotel, overseeing all front‑ and back‑of‑house departments. You are committed to achieving strong financial, strategic, and operational performance while upholding brand standards, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a respectful, engaged team culture that reflects the values of Colbert Collection and its host country. Reporting directly to the SVP Luxury Hotels Europe & Americas, you set the foundation for operational excellence, brand positioning, and an outstanding guest experience from day one.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
In this senior leadership role, you are responsible for setting and executing the hotel strategy, delivering budgeted financial results, and overseeing day to day operations through department heads. This role ensures strong owner relations, effective sales and marketing positioning, accurate revenue management, continuous development of team capabilities, and full implementation of corporate programmes.
