Doorman to deliver an exceptional welcome experience for our guests.
As one of the hotel's most visible ambassadors, you will create memorable first impressions through warm hospitality, attention to detail, and impeccable service.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.
From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the hotel entrance and maintain a visible, professional presence at all times.
- Support VIP arrivals and contribute to personalized guest experiences.
- Assist with transportation arrangements and provide local directions when required.
- Collaborate closely with Concierge, Bell, and Front Office teams to deliver outstanding service.

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality or a guest-facing role is preferred.
- A confident, approachable, and professional manner.
