For the opening of The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a visionary Director of Sales to define the hotel’s commercial identity and establish it as a distinguished address within London’s luxury hospitality landscape.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and communicate the market positioning of the Colbert Collection in alignment with Minor Hotels’ brand strategy, strengthening visibility and reputation in the luxury segment.
- Drive international sales and business development across key source markets to maximize revenue growth.
- Implement a multi‑segment luxury sales strategy to optimize performance throughout the year.
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management and the General Manager on budgeting, pricing and forecasting, with a strong focus on financial performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing to ensure continued competitiveness.
- Oversee key accounts and represent the hotels at international trade fairs, roadshows and networking events.
