For the opening of The West Dill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection, we are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented

Bellman to create exceptional first and last impressions for our guests.

As a key ambassador of the hotel, you will ensure seamless arrivals and departures while delivering warm, professional, and personalized service.

  • Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and provide a warm and memorable arrival experience.
  • Assist with luggage handling, storage, and guest requests efficiently and professionally.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and introduce hotel facilities and services.
  • Support VIP arrivals and contribute to personalized guest experiences.
  • Coordinate closely with the Concierge and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Maintain a professional presence in all guest-facing areas and uphold the hotel's luxury standards.

  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel environment is preferred.
  • Passion for exceptional hospitality and personalized service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good knowledge of London is advantageous.
