Bartender who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, product knowledge and genuine hospitality.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury environment and enjoys creating memorable moments for every guest.
Join one of the first 75 team members and play a defining role in launching a new luxury destination in Mayfair.
From day one, you will help shape the culture, service standards and guest experience that set the hotel apart.
- Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service and create memorable guest experiences at the bar.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wines and other beverages to the highest standards.
- Build genuine guest relationships and confidently make recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge and stay informed about beverage trends and seasonal offerings.
- Ensure the bar is always presented to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization and professionalism.
- Support upselling opportunities through confident beverage recommendations and product expertise.
- Work closely with the Bar Manager and wider Food & Beverage team to deliver a seamless guest journey.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health & safety and licensing regulations at all times.
- How can you succeed in this role
- Previous experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, premium bar, high-end restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines and premium beverage service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to engage with guests.
- High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
- Positive, professional and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced environment.
