Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic financial partner to the executive management team, supporting business decisions and long‑term planning.
- Lead and coordinate the hotel's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
- Share responsibility for profitability, cost control and investment decisions, ensuring sustainable financial performance.
- Analyze cost structures, staffing levels and inventory processes, identifying risks, efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Actively support and train department heads in financial understanding, reporting and budget ownership.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, transparency and compliance with internal and external standards.
- Maintain a strong hands‑on presence, balancing strategic oversight with operational involvement.
