Financial Controller (f/m/d) - The WestDill Mayfair Hotel London, Colbert Collection

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic financial partner to the executive management team, supporting business decisions and long‑term planning.
• Lead and coordinate the hotel's budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Share responsibility for profitability, cost control and investment decisions, ensuring sustainable financial performance.
• Analyze cost structures, staffing levels and inventory processes, identifying risks, efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Actively support and train department heads in financial understanding, reporting and budget ownership.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting, transparency and compliance with internal and external standards.
• Maintain a strong hands‑on presence, balancing strategic oversight with operational involvement.
