ABOUT THE ROLE

Minor Figures is building its first team of Sales Representatives in Germany, an important step in strengthening our EU Sales team. Working closely with the Business Development Manager DACH, you will drive distribution, sales, and brand awareness across Western Germany. Your focus will be developing the On-trade channel across cities Cologne/Dusseldorf/greater Niederrhein area, Frankfurt/greater Frankfurt area & Ruhrgebiet region, remote in Germany West region, building strong partnerships within the coffee, food, and beverage industry.

Key activities include:

  • Prospecting and securing new customers across Coffee, HoReCa, QSR, Corporate Catering, Events, Health & BIO, Convenience, and Deli segments
  • Expanding Minor Figures distribution and securing new listings
  • Building relationships and managing smaller regional accounts
  • Collaborating with local wholesale partners to identify new opportunities
  • Executing sales strategies to deliver against forecasts and KPIs

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to support growth across the region.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Act as the face of the Minor Figures brand in Western Germany
  • Develop new partnerships while growing existing accounts/customers
  • Track opportunities and manage your pipeline in the CRM
  • Increase product distribution across On-trade, Food & Beverage segments
  • Educate and support wholesalers, cafés, and operators through training and sampling
  • Plan travel and field visits to maximise sales opportunities
  • Attend industry events and organise brand activations
  • Share market insights, competitor activity, and best practices with the EU sales team
  • Identify high-potential cities and implement local growth plans

ABOUT YOUR TEAM

You will join a remote EU Sales team working across markets from the Nordics to Southern and Central Europe. The team collaborates closely with local wholesale partners to grow the Minor Figures brand. You will report to the Business Development Manager DACH and work alongside the wider EU team led by the Head of Sales Export. The DACH region is a key growth market, and this role supports building a strong local sales presence.

  • Travel frequently within your region to meet customers and attend events
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams

Experience working with independent On-trade outlets and key accounts in the coffee, food, and/or beverage industry is essential. You must be based in Cologne, Dusseldorf or Frankfurt area and hold a valid driving licence. Fluent German is required.

YOUR COMMITMENT

You’ll be based in the Germany South region. While working from home is supported for planning and administration, most of your time will be spent in the field across Western Germany. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager DACH. Standard working hours are 9:00am–5:30pm. Flexibility is required due to travel, including occasional trade shows, networking events, and customer visits in line with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
