ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to support our growing commercial team across Grocery, Amazon, Wholesale, Foodservice, and On-Trade channels. This is a fast-paced FMCG environment where attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. The role will play a critical part in supporting the wider sales team, ensuring customer requirements are met accurately and on time, and helping deliver excellent service across all channels.

The ideal candidate will be commercially aware, confident working with retailer systems and administrative processes, and comfortable managing a broad range of sales support tasks. Experience within FMCG, food & drink, or consumer goods would be highly advantageous.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Support the sales team across Grocery, Amazon, Wholesale, Foodservice, and On-Trade accounts
  • Complete and manage new line forms, customer set-up documentation, and product listing paperwork
  • Coordinate promotional submissions, promotional forms, and retailer activity calendars
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing, promotional, and product information
  • Assist with Amazon and eCommerce administrative requirements, including portal updates and product content management
  • Support with customer queries, complaints, and issue resolution, ensuring a professional and timely response
  • Work closely with supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service
  • Manage and update internal sales trackers, promotional schedules, and reporting documents
  • Support the preparation of customer presentations, meetings, and sales materials
  • Monitor customer portals and ensure actions are completed within deadlines
  • Assist with sample requests, customer onboarding, and account administration
  • Maintain accurate records of promotional spend, invoices, and customer agreements
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider commercial team

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administrator, Commercial Administrator, or Sales Support role
  • FMCG, food & drink, consumer goods, or retail industry experience preferred
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office skills
  • Experience using retailer portals or customer systems is advantageous
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor/Seller Central would be beneficial but not essential
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and build strong internal relationships

YOUR COMMITMENT

You’ll be based out of our office in East London (E17) twice a week minimum on your team's anchor days. The hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm.
