ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits at the heart of Minor Figures' Foodservice channel, leading some of our most strategic partnerships across national distribution and contract catering. As a Senior National Account Manager, you'll take ownership of key national accounts including Bidfood and Sysco, while driving growth across major Contract Catering groups and their operating businesses.
You'll be responsible for developing and executing customer strategies that unlock sustainable growth, strengthen relationships at every level, and ensure Minor Figures continues to be recognised as the leading plant-based coffee partner. Working closely with both distributors and end users, you'll turn listings into long-term value by creating demand, delivering best-in-class customer support, and bringing our brand to life across the market.
This is a highly commercial role with significant autonomy, combining strategic account management with customer development, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain and the wider Commercial team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and ambitious growth.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Owning and growing strategic national distributor partnerships, including Bidfood and buying groups, delivering against agreed sales, distribution and profitability targets.
- Developing and executing joint business plans with key customers to drive sustainable long-term growth.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across national distributors and major Contract Catering groups.
- Identifying and securing new national business opportunities across Contract Catering, the major OOH, HORECA markets.
- Driving distribution, availability and rate of sale across national accounts, ensuring Minor Figures' core range is fully supported and actively promoted.
- Leading commercial negotiations, annual business planning and customer reviews to maximise long-term value for both Minor Figures and our partners.
- Delivering impactful customer activation programmes, including launches, barista engagement, training, events and commercial initiatives that drive awareness and sales.
- Building a robust pipeline of future opportunities while retaining and growing existing partnerships.
- Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Operations to ensure outstanding execution and customer satisfaction.
- Representing Minor Figures at industry events, customer meetings and trade exhibitions, acting as an ambassador for the brand and our values.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
You will be working as part of our formidable UK & EMEA sales team, responsible for bringing Minor Figures to life through amazing customer service and first to market products in Ontrade, Foodservice, Wholesale, and retail channels, stretching from the tip to Cornwall to heights of Scotland, across Ireland, and through Europe all the way to Japan. You will be reporting to Will, Head of Foodservice, working alongside the Out of Home NAM, KAM, and BDM team.

Whether you’re in the office, on site visits, or WFH, you support your teammates and you’re comfortable asking for support when you need it yourself. You are someone who thrives on turning plans into action. You enjoy being out in the market, building relationships, and making things happen; not just managing from behind a desk.

- Highly organised — you can manage multiple workstreams, from planning to execution.
- Relationship-led — confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from head office to site teams.
- Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable in Coffee and Foodservice — ideally with experience working with the UKs largest Foodservice distributors, Contract Caterers and HORECA customers as well as being comfortable within coffee-led environments.
