About The Role
This role sits at the centre of one of Minor Figures' biggest growth opportunities. As Key Account Manager for Contract Catering, you will be responsible for turning strong national relationships into real, on-the-ground volume, presence, and value growth. You will drive execution excellence and traceable volume to ensure Minor Figures is listed, poured, and used across sites. You will work with internal teams, decision makers and operators on the ground to bring the brand to life and maximise every opportunity.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with existing and new contract catering businesses, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Turning national recommendations into real-world results, driving listings and site penetration, and ongoing usage.
- Planning and delivering sub-brand rollouts across different sectors and accounts.
- Tracking volume and outlet growth against forecasts and budgets, and identifying opportunities to accelerate performance.
- Building and managing a clear activation calendar, including site visits, events, and key engagement moments.
- Spending time in the field visiting sites, supporting launches, and working directly with operators.
- Supporting contract catering tenders and new business opportunities alongside the Head of Foodservice.
- Working closely with the full Minor Figures sales team to ensure consistent and effective execution and communication across accounts.
About Your Team
You will be part of our UK & EMEA sales team, responsible for bringing Minor Figures to life through amazing customer service and first-to-market products in On-trade, Foodservice, Wholesale, and retail channels, spanning from the tip of the UK to Scotland, across Ireland and Europe, all the way to Japan. You will report to Will, Head of Foodservice, and work with the Foodservice National Account Manager.
About You
We hire humans, not machines. You will thrive in a collaborative environment, adapt easily to change, and enjoy turning plans into action—whether in the office, on site, or working from home. You will be comfortable asking for support when needed and be proactive in building relationships and getting things done.
- Commercially driven — you understand how to grow accounts and deliver against targets.
- Highly organised — you can manage multiple workstreams from planning to execution.
- Relationship-led — confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from head office to site teams.
- Proactive and hands-on — you take ownership and don’t wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable in Foodservice — ideally with experience in selling, activation or supporting contract catering, national distribution, or coffee-led environments.
What’s In It For You
We recognise that a job is more than the take-home salary. As part of the Minor Figures team, you will have the opportunity to invest in the business with the option to buy shares at an agreed price. In addition, you will receive:
- 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays (up to 5 days rollover).
- 1 additional day off to protest, volunteer, or attend a demonstration.
- EquipsMe Health Insurance.
- Free Calm app membership for you and your family.
- Parental Leave Policy.
- Pension scheme (NEST).
- Share options in the company.
- Plenty of coffee and oat milk.
- Vegan lunch & snacks when in the office.
- Staff discount 30% off on all orders.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Parking permit available with HR.
Your Commitment
This role is primarily field-based, covering the whole of the UK. You will also be expected to visit Minor Figures' London HQ (E17) approximately once a month. Working hours are typically 9:00am – 5:30pm, with some flexibility for travel and workload. From time to time, you will attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings, with travel required to follow up on leads and drive sales in line with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
