ABOUT THE ROLE
This role sits at the centre of one of Minor Figures' biggest growth opportunities. As Key Account Manager for Contract Catering, you will be responsible for turning strong national relationships into real, on-the-ground volume, presence, and value growth. You wonât just be managing accounts; youâll be driving execution excellence, and traceable volume. That means ensuring Minor Figures is not only recommended, but actually listed, poured, and used across sites. Youâll work closely with internal teams, decision makers and operators on the ground to bring the brand to life and maximise every opportunity.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with existing and new contract catering businesses, ensuring strong communication and alignment.
- Turning national recommendations into real-world results, driving listings and smooth site penetration, and ongoing usage.
- Planning and delivering sub-brand rollouts across different sectors and accounts.
- Tracking volume and outlet growth against forecasts and budgets, and identifying opportunities to accelerate performance.
- Building and managing a clear activation calendar, including site visits, events, and key engagement moments.
- Spending time in the field visiting sites, supporting launches, and working directly with operators.
- Supporting contract catering tenders and new business opportunities alongside the Head of Foodservice.
- Working closely with the full Minor Figures sales team to ensure consistent and effective execution and communication across accounts.
ABOUT YOUR TEAM
You will be working as part of our formidable UK & EMEA sales team, responsible for bringing Minor Figures to life through amazing customer service and first to market products in Ontrade, Foodservice, Wholesale, and retail channels. Stretching from the tip to Cornwall to heights of Scotland, across Ireland, and through Europe all the way to Japan. You will be reporting to Will, Head of Foodservice, working alongside the Foodservice National Account Manager.
ABOUT YOU
We hire humans, not machines, and our team is made up of people who will bring the energy, are eager to learn, and embrace every day being different. Weâre big on collaboration and we want everyone on the team to take pride in their work. Youâll thrive here if you adapt easily to change, face challenges headâon, and love to jump right in and figure it out as you go along. Whether youâre in the office, on site visits, or WFH, you support your teammates and youâre comfortable asking for support when you need it yourself.
You are someone who thrives on turning plans into action. You enjoy being out in the market, building relationships, and making things happen; not just managing from behind a desk.
- Commercially driven â you understand how to grow accounts and deliver against targets.
- Highly organised â you can manage multiple workstreams, from planning to execution.
- Relationshipâled â confident working with stakeholders at all levels, from head office to site teams.
- Proactive and handsâon â you take ownership and donât wait to be told what to do.
- Comfortable in Foodservice â ideally with experience in selling, activation or supporting contract catering, national distribution, or coffeeâled environments.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
We realise that a job is more than just the take home salary each month. So what are you really getting? And, as part of the Minor Figures team, youâll have the opportunity to invest in the business, with the option to buy shares in the company at an agreed price. Having skin in the game and really contributing to our success. Because itâs you and us all that do make this all happen.
But of course, we look after you in the other ways that youâd expect:
- 25 days of annual leave + bank holidays. Up to 5 days annual leave rollover to the following year.
- 1 additional day off to protest, volunteer, attend a demonstration.
- EquipsMe Health Insurance.
- Free membership for you and your family on the 'Calm' app.

- Staff discount 30% off on all orders.
- Cycle to work scheme.
- Parking permit available with HR.
YOUR COMMITMENT
This role is primarily field-based, covering the whole of the UK. Youâll also be expected to visit Minor Figures' London HQ (E17) approximately once a month. Working hours are typically 9:00am â 5:30pm, though some flexibility is required to accommodate travel and workload. From time to time, youâll be expected to attend trade shows, networking events, and client meetings, with travel required to follow up on leads and drive sales in line with the Minor Figures Travel Policy.
