Minor Details Royston are looking for a SMART Repair Technician to help support our current team. Following the successful opening in March 2026 of our 2nd Minor Details branch, our SMART repair facility is looking for an additional team player to join our busy workshop. We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service, quality repairs and customer experience we strive to offer every customer that chooses to use us. As a result, we have consistent 5 Google reviews from all of our customers. With this being our benchmark for all customers, we require someone with the right skill set and customer-centric mindset to join our team. Minor Details has a long history of providing high levels of service to our customers for many years. We require a SMART Repair Technician with an eye for detail and professionalism.

SMART Repair Technician duties:

  • Wheel refurb
  • Small to medium panel/bumper repairs
  • Paint small to medium repairs
  • Flat & Polishing
  • Basic strip and fit experience
  • Cleaning customer cars following workshop repairs
  • Clean and tidy the working area when required to maintain a safe and enjoyable working environment.

We are looking for someone with a very good eye for detail, a can-do attitude and a team player.

SMART Repair Technician requirements:

  • Must have at least 12 months of experience within a similar role or have a background as a Paint Technician and experience of all the duties above.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong technical knowledge and bring a strong work ethic.
  • Must provide own tools and spray guns.

Benefits:

  • 07.30 - 16.30 hrs 5 days a week. No weekend requirements
