We’re hiring an Integrations Lead! As Minoa Education continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, highly organised Integrations Lead to join our central team, based in our London office. Founded in 2021, we have a clear and ambitious mission: to build the highest quality early years education group in the UK. Growth matters to us — but doing things properly matters even more. We care deeply about quality, consistency and creating strong operational foundations as we grow.

This is a hands-on role focused on supporting the smooth integration of new nursery settings into the Minoa group. Working closely with the Company Director and Regional Managers, you’ll coordinate and manage the practical detail behind integrations — from compliance tracking and systems onboarding to policy implementation, project coordination and operational follow-through.

This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, is exceptionally organised and takes pride in making sure things are done thoroughly and well.

We’d particularly love to hear from someone who:

  • Has strong operational experience within the early years sector
  • Is highly organised, detail-oriented and confident managing multiple projects at once
  • Has excellent administrative and coordination skills
  • Understands EYFS, safeguarding, compliance and nursery operations well
  • Is confident using technology and Microsoft 365 systems
  • Enjoys problem-solving and improving processes
  • Builds positive working relationships and communicates clearly and professionally
  • Is proactive, practical and happy to roll their sleeves up to get things done

This is a brilliant opportunity to join a growing, values-led organisation and play a key role in helping us grow well.
