Senior CDP

We’re looking for an established chef to join our team, with experience working in a fast-paced, high quality restaurant. The ideal Chef will be reliable, talented and passionate. We’re looking for someone who can assist the Sous and Head Chef and has the skills to help and support our team of 8 Chefs.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Work effectively in a high volume kitchen environment

• Maintain a high level of food quality and consistency

• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while under pressure

• Confidently manage a section

• Ensure cleaning duties are carried out, hygiene standards are maintained, and manage the corresponding documentation
