$110,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr
Job Summary
This Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing fluid power/hydraulic sales by developing, maintaining, and growing the company’s OEM and customer base in the industrial & mobile equipment markets. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and managing existing accounts in northern Minnesota. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and technology solutions to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up post-sale.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites throughout northern MN.
- Knowledge of fluid power and hydraulic products.
- Preferred: Two-year AA degree in fluid power technology
