We are looking for a motivated and commercially curious Amazon / Marketplace Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online trading, spotting product trends, and building great product listings that convert customers. While some experience with Amazon Seller Central is helpful, we are much more interested in your mindset, creativity, and passion for learning. Our product categories include BBQs, outdoor furniture, and kitchen appliances, so an interest in consumer products and online retail is important. You will work closely with the team to improve listings, launch new products, optimise content, and support the growth of our marketplace sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise Amazon and marketplace product listings
- Create compelling product copy, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content
- Work with images and content to ensure listings are best‑in‑class and highly converting
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Support the launch of new products and product ranges
- Research customer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Assist in managing Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive sales while maintaining profitability
- Analyse sales and campaign data to support trading decisions
- Help ensure listings stay updated with accurate information and high‑quality visuals
What We’re Looking For
- We care more about attitude and curiosity than a long list of qualifications. You might be right for this role if you:
- Have some experience with Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplaces (preferred but not essential)
- Have a strong interest in e-commerce and online trading
- Enjoy researching products, trends, and customer behaviour
- Have a creative mindset and care about great product presentation
- Are analytical and interested in understanding what drives sales
- Are eager to learn, test ideas, and improve performance
- Experience with Amazon PPC advertising
- Basic image editing or content creation
- Experience with product launches on marketplaces
- Familiarity with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar
What You’ll Get
- The opportunity to work with fast‑growing consumer product categories
- Hands‑on experience in Amazon and marketplace trading
- A role where you can learn quickly and develop your e‑commerce skills
- A supportive team environment where ideas and creativity are encouraged
- Opportunity for additional support and training
If you’re someone who enjoys discovering products, understanding customers, and helping great products succeed online, we’d love to hear from you.
