We are looking for a motivated and commercially curious Amazon / Marketplace Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team looking after the key web brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys online trading, spotting product trends, and building great product listings that convert customers. While some experience with Amazon Seller Central is helpful, we are much more interested in your mindset, creativity, and passion for learning. Our product categories include BBQs, outdoor furniture, and kitchen appliances, so an interest in consumer products and online retail is important.
You will work closely with the team to improve listings, launch new products, optimise content, and support the growth of our marketplace sales.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimise Amazon and marketplace product listings
- Create compelling product copy, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content
- Work with images and content to ensure listings are best-in-class and highly converting
- Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales
- Support the launch of new products and product ranges
- Research customer trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities
- Assist in managing Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC) to drive sales while maintaining profitability
- Analyse sales and campaign data to support trading decisions
- Help ensure listings stay updated with accurate information and high-quality visuals

- Have some experience with Amazon Seller Central or other online marketplaces (preferred but not essential)
- Have a strong interest in e-commerce and online trading
