What You'll Do:
- Answering customer enquiries via email, telephone and webchat.
- Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
- Investigating and resolving customer complaints, then closing support tickets.
- Maintaining an accurate database of customer information.
- Escalating enquiries to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Courier parcel tracking and arranging collections.
- Resolving manufacturer complaints.
- Supporting ticket management to help meet SLA performance targets.
- Learning to handle difficult customer situations calmly and professionally.
Training Outcome
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you'll have earned your level 3 apprenticeship qualification in Business Administration.
