You will lead the technical team in diagnosing and resolving intricate issues across Apple devices, ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs
Tasks
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement efficient repair procedures to optimise workflow and success rates
- Train and mentor junior technicians, cultivating their technical growth
- Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to customers
- Oversee inventory management and maintain a clean, organised work environment
- Curate captivating social media content for the company
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in computer repair (succeeding in a similar senior role would be beneficial)
- Extensive knowledge of Apple hardware, software, and troubleshooting methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with customers and colleagues
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).
- Confident spoken and written English
- Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times
Education:
- Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) 2:1 Minimum related to Computing (or similar)
- Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably]*
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]
