Minka Dink London is a rapidly growing fashion brand based in London. Our aim is to create versatile and timeless clothing to suit every occasion. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and creative Social Media Manager to lead our presence on all social media channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and delivering high-quality content that aligns with our wider marketing strategy and supports business growth. This role reports directly into the Founder and works closely with them on strategy, performance and creative direction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage our social media strategy across all social media channels
- Plan content in line with the wider marketing and email calendar
- Ensure all posting is purposeful and strategic
- Maintain clear, organised content and production schedules
- Monitor trends, platform updates, and industry news
- Own key social KPIs including reach, engagement, saves, traffic and revenue contribution and report on results, learnings and next steps
- Analyse content performance weekly and turn insights into new concepts
- Identify winning formats and scale them across platforms
Content Creation & Execution
- Create high-quality, on-brand content (Reels, Stories, TikToks, static posts)
- Plan concepts and formats in advance and oversee execution
- Ensure content is created with both organic and paid usage in mind
- Ensure consistent tone of voice
Photoshoot & Production Management
- Lead social content capture at photoshoots
- Direct models, creators, and team members on required content alongside our Marketing Executive
- Ensure all planned social assets are captured
- Work closely with photographers and creatives to maximise usable content
Scheduling & Organisation
- Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms
- Maintain content calendars and asset trackers
- Keep clear oversight of what is planned, in progress, and live
- Ensure deadlines are met and campaigns run smoothly
Paid Ads Creative Management
- Work closely with our Head of Ecommerce and Digital Marketing to plan and deliver high-performing paid social creative
- Develop new creative concepts for testing
- Brief and manage production of new ad content
- Support testing, reviewing, and optimising creative performance
- Analyse which creative formats drive performance and scale winning concepts
Community & Collaboration
- Build positive relationships with customers and creators
- Support wider brand campaigns and launches
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrated previous experience within a fashion e-commerce brand
- Strong understanding of all key social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) and what makes content convert in D2C brands
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut, or similar
- Data-driven and comfortable reviewing performance metrics
- Confident both in front of the camera and creating content independently
- Clear understanding of the difference between content that performs for organic vs paid
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment where priorities evolve quickly
