We are seeking a Senior Simulation Consultant to deliver high-quality consulting, training, and onboarding services. In this customer-facing role, you'll combine your technical expertise in process improvement and business modelling with your ability to teach, guide, and inspire clients. You will play a pivotal role in helping organisations unlock the full potential of Minitab's solutions while contributing to the continued growth and excellence of our global consulting practice.
What You'll Do
- Deliver consulting, coaching, and training that help clients solve real-world business challenges using Minitab solutions.
- Partner with customers to identify opportunities, model processes, and deliver impactful simulations.
- Present Minitab's core and advanced training courses at customer sites and virtual sessions worldwide.
- Collaborate across teams (Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing) to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Refine training content and drive continuous improvement in our service delivery.
- Represent Minitab at industry conferences and client events.
What You Bring
- Degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Operations Research, or related field.
- 2-5 years experience in business modelling, simulation, or process improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable leading workshops and customer sessions.
- Skilled in problem-solving, project management, and delivering measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative mindset and curiosity to keep learning.
