At Minitab, we are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our Sales, Customer Order Management, and Finance teams. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring seamless order processing, maintaining customer data, and providing essential administrative support to help drive our business forward.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as a point of contact for our Sales team, and liaise with Finance and our customers to facilitate order processing and customer account updates.
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring key account details are up to date.
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Assist with CRM data management and general process improvements.
- Support the Revenue Operations team with ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions to enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of administrative experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise work in a dynamic environment.
