Today, we're a collection of businesses spanning music, entertainment, hospitality, events, workspaces and fitness, connected by a shared obsession with creating unforgettable experiences, bringing people together and doing things differently.

We're entering an exciting phase of growth and evolution. Across every part of the business, we're investing in our people, our brands and the experiences we create. We have the advantage of being an established and globally recognised brand, but we still operate with the energy, pace and entrepreneurial mindset of a challenger. Ideas move quickly, opportunities are there to be seized, and individuals have the chance to make a visible impact.

As Head of Brand Marketing, you will be responsible for marketing Ministry of Sound's brand, products, collaborations, partnerships and cultural initiatives beyond the club. You will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing strategies that strengthen brand equity, drive commercial growth and reinforce Ministry of Sound's position as a leading global entertainment and lifestyle brand.

Partnerships, Activations and Brand Experiences

You will lead the marketing strategy and delivery of bold, culturally relevant campaigns that cut through, drive audience engagement and reinforce Ministry of Sound's position as a leading global entertainment brand. You will own the marketing strategy, campaign planning and launch of strategic partnerships secured by the Head of Brand Partnerships, ensuring these initiatives deliver value for both the business and its audiences.

You will lead the creation and delivery of PR stunts, out-of-home activations, experiential campaigns and brand moments that generate attention and create conversation. Working closely with external brands and partners, you will develop compelling campaigns and experiences that enhance audience engagement and create mutual value. You will oversee cross-functional campaign delivery across Marketing, CRM, Social Media, PR, Partnerships and Operations teams, ensuring campaigns are seamlessly executed and aligned with wider business objectives.

You will identify opportunities to bring the Ministry of Sound brand to life in unexpected and innovative ways, both on-site and beyond the venue, through cultural moments, partnerships, pop-ups and city-wide activations. You will build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, venues, media partners and suppliers to support the successful delivery of impactful campaigns and experiences. You will also be responsible for measuring campaign and activation performance, using insight and data to continuously improve reach, engagement and overall effectiveness.

Products, Merchandise and Collaborations

You will lead the marketing strategy and delivery for all Ministry of Sound merchandise, consumer products and brand collaborations. This will include developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, audience engagement and revenue growth.

You will create integrated campaign plans across paid media, influencer marketing, PR, social media, content, CRM and experiential channels, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints. You will develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks and launch strategies for internal creative and content teams, while also producing annual and quarterly marketing plans and integrated campaign calendars across all brand activity.

Working with internal teams, agencies, creators and partners, you will develop engaging product launches, promotional campaigns and brand stories that resonate with target audiences. You will manage campaign performance against agreed revenue, reach and engagement targets, using insights and data to optimise results. You will also identify opportunities to generate excitement and cultural relevance around products through PR moments, influencer partnerships, brand collaborations and innovative marketing activity.

Membership and Community

You will be responsible for developing and evolving Ministry of Sound's VIP and membership propositions, creating compelling reasons for members to engage with the brand throughout the year. You will drive member acquisition, retention and engagement through exclusive experiences, content and benefits that strengthen loyalty and deepen customer relationships.

You will build and nurture communities that foster long-term advocacy and connection with the brand. In addition, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns that support membership acquisition, retention and ongoing engagement, ensuring the membership proposition remains relevant, differentiated and commercially successful.

New Ventures

You will lead the marketing strategy for new business opportunities and ventures, including initiatives such as Boxed In. You will assess new concepts, partnerships and ventures for brand alignment and commercial viability, helping to ensure that new opportunities strengthen the wider Ministry of Sound brand.

You will develop business cases, launch plans and growth strategies for new initiatives, supporting the successful introduction and expansion of new products, experiences, services and ventures.

Skills and Experience

You will have significant experience leading and developing integrated marketing campaigns, supported by a strong track record of creating annual marketing plans and campaign calendars. You will possess a deep understanding of audience segmentation, marketing strategy and customer engagement, alongside strong commercial acumen with responsibility for budgets, revenue targets and profit and loss performance.

You will have experience briefing and leading cross-functional creative campaigns and a strong understanding of owned, earned and paid marketing channels. Experience working across lifestyle, hospitality, fashion, entertainment, membership and cultural brands is essential, together with excellent negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

You will be able to identify and translate commercial opportunities into integrated marketing campaigns and will have experience leading end-to-end culture marketing campaigns spanning strategy, creative development, partnerships, public relations, activations, influencer marketing, paid media and social media planning.

Experience within nightlife, hospitality, entertainment, membership clubs or premium lifestyle brands would be advantageous. An established network across consumer brands, creators, agencies and cultural influencers would be beneficial, as would experience developing membership models or loyalty programmes and experience leading licensing, product development or retail partnerships.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role will be demonstrated through growth in product and merchandise revenue, the successful launch of new collaborations and brand ventures, and increased value generated from strategic partnerships. You will establish a thriving VIP membership proposition that drives acquisition, engagement and retention, while delivering distinctive cultural experiences that strengthen audience connection with the brand. Ultimately, you will enhance the cultural relevance, commercial impact and long-term brand equity of Ministry of Sound.
