Our Team Leaders play a critical role in delivering justice. You will demonstrate strong leadership by ensuring your team delivers excellent administrative support and customer service to users, judiciary and management. You will prioritise work, motivate well-being, and achieve operational, performance and service targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership, coaching and a positive culture for the team.
  • Manage administration and service delivery to support users, judiciary and management.
  • Analyse performance data, review procedures, recommend improvements and manage implementation of new initiatives and legislation.
  • Ensure the team meets statistical data and service standards for the management team and judiciary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management experience.
  • IT proficiency and ability to learn new technologies.

Working Patterns

Standard full-time: 37 hours per week. We welcome part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns, with a minimum of 30 hours per week over 4 days where appropriate.
