Working as part of a team, you will help achieve operational, performance and service target standards across your area of work. The role is court‑based and covers both office and courtroom environments, so hybrid working is not considered.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record court outcomes, interpreting the information required on a court file.
- Check and verify documents, records, accounts, claims and returns for approval, results, statistics and plans against criteria, regulations or procedures.
- Collect and assemble information for returns, results, accounts, statements, warrants, statistical analysis and reports.
- Communicate with the Public, Judiciary, other court users and representatives of other agencies and organisations.
- Prepare papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
- Create and update records in the in‑house computer system (data input).
Qualifications & Skills
- Friendly and approachable manner with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- IT proficiency and capacity to learn and adapt to different technologies and software.

Working Hours & Conditions
Standard full‑time working hours: 37 hours per week. Contracted to work five days within a six‑day week, with Saturday attendance subject to business requirements.
