Position Overview: This role enables the holder to apply outstanding organisational skills to lead the site’s administrative duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. The role is based at Bennett House, Stoke-on-Trent, and is a permanent, full‑time position.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all site administrative duties, including ownership of goods orders.
  • Act as on‑site lead and point of contact for building support, raising issues with HQ functions such as IT and Facilities and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Plan and coordinate regular maintenance and facility work, and use escalation channels to resolve both planned and unexpected issues.
  • Support on‑boarding and off‑boarding activities, administer ID cards, building and system access, and organise health & safety inductions in line with HQ security policies.
  • Organise and support site events, visits and meetings, arranging agendas and attendees.
  • Manage and monitor Judgement Register room booking requests, ensuring equipment and resources are available.
  • Local health & safety and fire & security lead: coordinate completion of the Fire and Incident Control Plan, Security Plan, regular inspections, site risk assessments, incident reporting and investigations, DSE assessments and Cardinus compliance.
  • Ensure cleaning standards are met and that contract responsibilities are adhered to, raising escalations where appropriate.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for security, carrying out regular inspections and ensuring contract compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with internal operations teams, the Regional Facilities Manager, Regional Safety and Security Officer, County Court Manager and external contractors and suppliers, collecting and collating information for reporting purposes.
