Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of offenders and their transition into the community.
- Assist with the well-being and supervision of residents, helping them adhere to licence conditions.
- Carry out inspections and monitor resident behaviour.
- Work closely with colleagues and partner agencies.
- Be flexible to work at one main Approved Premises and across additional sites as required.
Key Qualifications
- Experience working with people who have social or personal difficulties.
- Empathetic, patient and resilient personal qualities.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills (including report writing).
- Right to work in the UK and in the Civil Service.
- No degree required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7pm to 8am – premium payment of 30%
- Weekend: 8am Saturday to 8am Monday – premium payment of 50%
- Public/Bank Holidays: 8am to 8am – premium payment of 50%; time off in lieu for actual hours worked is applicable.
