Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management of offenders and their transition into the community.
  • Assist with the well-being and supervision of residents, helping them adhere to licence conditions.
  • Carry out inspections and monitor resident behaviour.

  • Be flexible to work at one main Approved Premises and across additional sites as required.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience working with people who have social or personal difficulties.
  • Empathetic, patient and resilient personal qualities.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills (including report writing).
  • Right to work in the UK and in the Civil Service.
  • No degree required.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7pm to 8am – premium payment of 30%
  • Weekend: 8am Saturday to 8am Monday – premium payment of 50%
  • Public/Bank Holidays: 8am to 8am – premium payment of 50%; time off in lieu for actual hours worked is applicable
