Overview
Community Payback Supervisor in the Probation Service. Full time (37h per week) on a 4 day condensed schedule (9.25h each). The role requires at least one weekend day and three additional days, and involves travel across the Lincolnshire region.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly supervise work groups of offenders serving community sentences.
- Ensure completion of unpaid work placement tasks (e.g., clearing overgrowth, restoring community facilities, planting trees, litter picking, graffiti removal).
- Drive service vehicles to transport people and equipment as required.
- Work with service users to demonstrate good practice and maintain safety.
Working Pattern & Hours
37 hours per week, 4 condensed days (9.25h). Minimum of one weekend day and three other days per week. Higher pay rate of 50% for weekend hours worked.

- Full UK Manual Driving Licence (automatic licence not acceptable).
