About the Role
Our Team Leaders play a critical role in delivering justice. You will lead a team that provides administrative support and customer service to court users, judiciary, and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and support your team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve performance targets.
- Plan, prioritise, and organise work to meet objectives and ensure the team is fully skilled.
- Monitor and analyse performance areas and trends, conduct ongoing reviews of procedures and work practices, and recommend improvements.
- Manage the implementation of new initiatives and legislation within the team.
- Provide statistical data for the management team and judiciary.
- Ensure smooth operation of administrative functions throughout HMCTS.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in an administrative role in a customer‑focussed environment.
- IT proficiency and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and software.

Working Arrangements
Standard full‑time working hours are 37 hours per week, office‑based with a requirement to spend at least 60% of working time in an office.
