Job description:
- Managing a team of Specialist Use of Force trainers and response staff.
- Managing and delivering all Use of Force curriculums, including LRT and CED, alongside all associated quality assurance protocols.
- Ensuring courses are Fit for Purpose and updated to reflect the latest research and development in conjunction with Health and Safety colleagues.
- Training Centre role, must be based at the following ORRU/HMPPS UofF training site: ORRU/NTRG Training centre, Evenlode Crescent, Kidlington, OX5 1RF.
- Temporary position for up to 12 months.
Working Arrangements & Further Information:
- The MoJ offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows.
- Standard full time working hours are 37 hours per week excluding breaks which are unpaid.
- HMPPS welcomes part-time, flexible and job-sharing working patterns, where they meet the demands of the role and business needs.
