Descriptions & requirements:

Senior Administrative Officer (SAO) working in the London Probation Service Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) team. Working in line with the SAO job description, tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Line management of OPD case administrator
  • Being the Vetting Point of Contact for OPD NHS and Together partnership staff that require enhanced level 1 vetting
  • Developing and implementing OPD admin processes
  • Undertaking required health and safety risk assessments on buildings used by OPD partners (Currently seven sites)
  • Development and maintenance of relevant OPD databases
  • Distribution, collation and analysis of OPD data to maintain and enhance OPD performance
  • Collation of documentation required for OPD meetings and minute taking

Please note: Experience of working in an administrative role in the Probation Service is desirable but not essential.
