Your role will focus on our purpose and leadership strand of work, working on a varied programme that combines creative, factual and also reactive internal communications for senior leadership and the wider organization. You will build strong relationships with leaders and partner with senior stakeholders to provide strategic and reactive communications advice. You will be trusted to drive work forward independently while recognising when wider engagement, leadership backing or escalation is required. You will play an important role in developing and delivering outstanding communications to inform and inspire thousands of staff, motivating them to maximise their performance to deliver crucial services.

  • Content creation: experience turning complex policy and organisational language into easy‑to‑understand creative copy, with excellent drafting and editorial skills.

Salary and Benefits

  • National salary range: £42,914 – £46,182.
  • London salary range: £49,325 – £53,081.
  • Annual leave: 25 days on appointment, increasing to 30 days after five years of service, plus an option to buy or sell up to three days leave each year.
