Responsibilities include delivering outstanding administrative support and customer service to users, judiciary, and management. Ensures the team’s work is prioritised, organised, and resourced to meet objectives while fostering a positive work environment. Contributes to the delivery of operational, performance, and service standard targets. Gathers and analyses statistical data for management, mediators, and judiciary. Monitors and evaluates performance trends, reviews procedures and work practices. Recommends improvements and manages the implementation of new initiatives and legislation. Supports continuous improvement and change management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ability to motivate and support a customer‑focused team.
  • Experience in an administrative role with strong customer service.
  • IT proficiency and capability to learn new technologies and software packages.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
  • Experience in managing operational performance and delivering statistical reports.
