Overview
As an Associate Capability Manager at Justice Digital, Data and Science, you will work with the Capability team to develop and enhance capability products across the organization, supporting colleagues, managers and leaders to build confidence and achieve their development goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve capability products that support managers, colleagues and leaders.
- Collaborate with Heads of Professions, recruitment, and other JDDS teams on capability initiatives.
- Create and maintain the Capability Hub Share Point site, ensuring it is useful and engaging.
- Support Capability Leads, Senior Management, and Heads of Profession in learning, development, assessment, and talent initiatives.
- Lead product development with external stakeholders, ensuring value for money and accessibility.
- Analyze data, communicate key trends, and drive continuous product improvement.
- Plan and run forums and events to spark genuine two‑way conversation and gather colleague feedback.
- Take ownership of the quality and consistency of capability products and communications, gathering feedback and acting on it.
- Present and discuss capability products with diverse audiences.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in capability building or supporting the professional development of colleagues.
- Experience using the Microsoft suite (Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Power Apps, Copilot) and a willingness to develop further.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in managing quality services or similar.
- Capacity to work with data and translate insights into product improvements.
