Essential Skills:
- Strong relationship-building skills – to be able to form positive working relationships with colleagues, judges, solicitors, and other professional court users.
- Strong communication skills – to be able to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders, some of whom will be very senior, and ensure external stakeholders are abiding with judicial directions.
- Strong organisational skills – to keep track of a wide range of cases and the actions required to progress them.
- Strong analysis skills – to identify cases that may need additional support and take action accordingly.
- Good IT skills – to be able to record and track cases via the court’s IT systems such as Common Platform.
