As an Operational Support Grade, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of a busy prison, working in a close-knit team to carry out support services such as patrol, gate duties, deliveries, visitor supervision, phone call and CCTV monitoring. Shifts include nights, so continuous service is required.
You may select up to three prison locations; your preference will be recorded online.
Shift Pattern & Hours: You will work an average of 37 hours per week, including nights, evenings, weekends.
